    It is our goal to get your order to you as safely and quickly as possible. Here is how we do it:

      Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of being placed and dropped with the shipping carrier or picked up from our business. Delivery time estimates provided by the shipping carriers do not add this to their estimates.  

      All items are safely wrapped/packaged, or whatever is necessary to ensure their safe delivery, some items like Water Pipes are even double boxed.

      We send a confirmation email with tracking once the package has been passed onto the shipping carrier. Keep in mind tracking info may not be active right away, the shipping service has to scan the package into their system first.

       

      • To make sure you safely receive your package all orders are shipped with a Signature Requirement, this lets us know that the delivery has gone smoothly. If you are not home during the day and have a difficult time signing for packages, we recommend asking the shipping carrier to bring the package to their hub for your pickup. 
      • If your order was placed with a different customer name than the name on the payment card, we will request an email with the cardholder’s ID and permission to fulfill the order on their behalf. In order to protect the cardholder these orders will not be fulfilled until this email has been received by our gallery team and will be cancelled after one week in cases where we have not received it.

       

      Any purchase choosing the in store pick up option will be prepared for pick up at our gallery location during our operating hours:

      Su-Tr 11am-7pm, Fr-Sa 11am-8pm

      In-store or curbside pick up orders are fulfilled within two hours, a fulfillment email will be sent notifying you when your order is ready for pick up. We ask that you bring your ID to confirm the name on your order.
